Case studies
We have a passion for commercial gutter cleaning and thrive on successfully solving your access problems, below is a brief description of how we have helped others:
Welsh Audit Office - Cardiff
This was an interesting project that many cleaning companies had turned down due to access problems to the gutterline. The client had been informed that the only way to clean the gutters was to scaffold the whole building. We conducted our survey and successfully cleaned all guttering using a 50 ton crane, allowing us to go up and over the roofline. The building was cleaned in a single day, a massive saving in both cost and distruption for our client.
Newport South Business Park - Middlesbrough
To clean the commercial guttering at this large retail unit we used our Teupen Leo 23 GT Spiderlift. This allowed us to manoeuver easily over the undulating soft landscaping at the rear of the unit.
Arthur Spriggs & Sons - Tewkesbury
This large transport warehouse was again cleaned using our specilist Spiderlit access platform.
The Environment Agency - Exeter
The commercial gutters at this large office block were cleaned using the GutterVac system. This system allows us to clean gutters upto 48ft from the safety of the ground using a combination of vacuum, pressure washer and CCTV system.
Shima Seiki Europe - Derby
Due to the narrow access around this factory the gutters were cleaned using a combination of scissor lift access and GutterVac.
Cardiff Bay Business Centre - Cardiff
The commercial guttering at this large business park was cleaned in only two days. Access to the gutterline was made utilising a standard articulated cherry picker and disruption to the businesses who traded from the estate kept to a minimum.
Meat Processing Plant - Merthyr Tydfil
This huge warehouse facility was one of our largest projects to date. With around 2500m of guttering it took us a week to clean. The gutters were cleaned using a combination of our specialist Spiderlift and a number of roof-valley walks. The guttering is now able to effectively cope with the huge amount of rain water which runs off the massive roof span.
